With 45,000 swap cabinets expected to be deployed across 34 provinces and cities nationwide in the first quarter of 2026, the VinFast battery swap network for e-scooters is projected to be one and a half times larger than the current number of fuel stations, enabling users to confidently transition to e-scooters. With support from local authorities and cooperation from major partners, VinFast battery swap cabinets are increasingly visible on city streets and are contributing to greener, more modern and more civilized urban mobility.

Alongside infrastructure development, VinFast officially introduces three battery swap e-scooter lines including Evo, Feliz II and Viper, designed to match different usage needs and customer preferences. VinFast also expands its license-exempt category with the Amio model, featuring a lightweight and stylish design with operating features suitable for urban environments.

Among the new products, the VinFast Viper features an entirely new design and is equipped with smart functions such as a Smart Key system supporting location tracking and remote vehicle search, remote power on and off for theft prevention, LED projector headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers with external oil reservoirs for smoother and more stable operation. The vehicle is powered by a BLDC in-hub motor with maximum output of 3,000 W and a top speed of up to 70 km per hour.

The other two battery swap models, Feliz II and Evo, inherit the full advantages of the previous generation. Feliz II uses a BLDC in-hub motor with maximum output of 3,000 W similar to Viper, while Evo is equipped with an in-hub motor with maximum output of 2,450 W. Both support a top speed of up to 70 km per hour. Evo also offers an Evo Lite version with a maximum speed limited to under 50 km per hour and no license requirement.

VinFast Evo, Feliz II and Viper are all equipped with two battery slots under the seat to optimize space and allow easy removal and installation. Each battery has a capacity of 1.5 kWh and uses LFP technology for high durability and absolute safety. Customers may subscribe to one battery for 175,000 VND per month, subscribe to two batteries for 300,000 VND per month, or choose to purchase the vehicle together with batteries. The battery swap fee is 9,000 VND per battery per swap. Customers may also charge batteries at home or at public charging stations.

With two fully-charged batteries, the VinFast Evo can travel up to 165 km under standard conditions, while Viper and Feliz II can travel up to 156 km under standard conditions.

VinFast officially accepts early deposits for the Evo line from January 15 through January 29, 2026. Prices excluding batteries are 17,000,000 VND for Evo Lite and 19,990,000 VND for Evo. Customers placing early deposits during this period will receive a discount of 1,000,000 VND per vehicle. The first Evo units are expected to be delivered to customers in February 2026.

In addition to the three battery swap models, VinFast also introduces the pedal-assisted Amio, featuring a lightweight design, easy operation and no license requirement. Amio is equipped with an in-hub motor with maximum output of 800 W, a top speed of 30 km per hour and one LFP battery with a capacity of 1.024 kWh, providing a maximum range of 65 km per full charge under standard conditions.

Under the nationwide “Boundless Drive for a Green Future” program, all customers purchasing VinFast e-scooters are eligible to participate in the “Zero-Down Payment” program, which allows immediate vehicle ownership with zero initial capital and monthly installment plans. All VinFast e-scooter models also receive a six percent discount applied directly to the selling price, 100% registration fee support equivalent to two percent of the vehicle price from January 12 to April 12, 2026, and free charging at V-Green public charging stations through May 31, 2027. Customers purchasing battery swap models receive free battery swapping for six months from the purchase date. Drivers registered for commercial operation on the Xanh SM Platform receive free battery swapping for twelve months from the purchase date.
