25 Jump Street, Dubai’s brand new cultural, culinary and nightlife destination, confirms its highly anticipated official launch on the weekend of 16-17th January. Situated in One Central, the city’s prime business district and next to the 25hours Hotel Dubai, this exciting new destination is set to re-energise the city centre as a lively, pedestrian friendly street. Designed to draw residents, professionals and visitors alike, it offers a stylish setting to dine, relax and socialise.
25 Jump Street brings together a carefully curated collection of licensed restaurants and bars that showcase the UAE’s leading culinary talent and entertainment concepts set within a neighbourhood anchored by 25hours Hotel and Cinema Akil, integral cultural cornerstones that shape the identity of the community. The selection includes a blend of local and international names such as YUBI, Em Sherif Deli, Antika, Junk Smash Burger, Lady Bird, Le Trottoir de Paloma, LucyLu, Pepperoni Comedy Club, Joe & the Juice, Esco-bar and 19SixtyFour. Together, they offer a bold, flavour-rich experience that celebrates international favourites and the homegrown heroes of Dubai’s world-famous dining and nightlife scene.
The opening weekend marks the start of 25 Jump Street’s journey, a destination designed to reflect Dubai’s energy and rhythm on a street that rarely sleeps and is always in celebration. Set within a vibrant atmosphere, the avenue will come alive with world-class roaming bands, live musical performances and street-wide celebrations each evening.
Guests can expect a captivating program of performers, drawing together creative influences with forward-looking flair. The launch weekend on January 16th and 17th will feature musical experiences, high-energy dancers, roaming characters and striking visual moments, ensuring an ongoing sense of excitement throughout. These visual elements will be paired with busker-style live bands, including the Niki Mukthi Trio, The LaMar Collective and Chontadelia, adding to the street’s lively atmosphere.
The celebrations will continue into the following weekend, with further live entertainment bringing the space to life once again. Audiences can enjoy performances from The Radish Cheddar Experiment, Camila Inclán Sebastian, and Sandra Ivette & Friends, ensuring the vibrant atmosphere extends well beyond launch weekend. Entertainment begins at 8:30 PM each Friday, and at 8:00 PM each Saturday.
