On New Year’s Eve, guests may indulge in Sirene’s à la carte menu or New Year’s Eve set menu, both of which invite the luminous flavors of the Aegean to the table. The festive specials, exclusively available in the à la carte menu from 23-31 December, include the delicate Tempura Oysters Lemon Butter, a vibrant pickled Tuna Salad, a briny and rich Grilled Lobster with Clams and Botarga, and a hearty Crab Orzo.
For those seeking a more anchored dining experience, the New Year’s Eve set menu, priced at AED 1,200 per person, guides guest through the comforting flavors of the Mediterranean in nine courses: velvety Chicken Soup, citrus-kissed Sea Bream Carpaccio, the Lagoon Crab Salad, and Caviar and Truffle Bites all serve as the ideal starters to a transcendent evening. The Grilled Sea Bass and indulgent White Truffle Pasta are both a lovely start to the mains; a tender Baby Goat with Cretan Rice Pilafi or Whole Roast Chicken with Black Truffle. The set menu concludes with an Apple and Raisin Pie or the honeyed Frozen Yogurt with candied walnuts.
The Music
The night unfolds through a diverse musical flow, beginning with a live band setting the first rhythm of the evening. From 11 PM, Ooshmann takes over with a signature DJ set, weaving warm, atmospheric sounds that echo the coastline.
At midnight and into the early hours, headliner DJ Deron leads the first moments of 2026 with an elevated energy that carries the celebration beyound.
