Each course is designed to showcase Romeo Lane’s signature creativity and respect for Japanese technique. The journey begins with a Sashimi Trio, featuring delicate slices of salmon, maguro bluefin, and hamachi. The second course offers One-Bite Wonders, including wagyu gunkan with quail egg and refined seabass and salmon nigiri. The final chapter unfolds with hand-crafted favourites like spicy salmon aburi, lightly torched to smoky perfection, and the ever-classic California roll, each made with care and flair.
