Fi’lia, the region’s first female-led Michelin-select restaurant located in SLS Dubai, debuts its Candlelight Wine-Paired Dinner Series this summer. Available for three exclusive evenings in June, July and August, this intimate dining experience invites guests to indulge in a five-course meal under the warm glow of candlelight set against Fi’lia’s stunning skyline views.
The five-course menu is priced at 499 AED, with each dinner featuring thoughtfully crafted Italian dishes, paired with hand-selected wines available upon request. The evening begins with butter with crispy Crostini Bread and the Tartare di Tonno Rosso topped with avocado and Oscietra caviar. Guests will then savour the hearty Arancini al Ragù, before moving on to the rich Spaghetti al Caccio Peppe e Pistachio featuring fresh pasta, black pepper, pecorino and pistachio.
For the heart of the menu, guests will be served Saltimbocca alla Romana, a veal wrapped in wagyu prosciutto served with zucchini and potato. To end on a sweet note, the Millefoglie, a crispy tuile layered with vanilla cream, apricot and Piedmont hazelnuts, delivers the perfect balance of texture and flavour.
Perched on the 70th floor, Fi’lia transforms into an elegant setting with candlelit tables, creating a warm and inviting ambience. Curated by Head Chef Célia Stoecklin and her team, the evening will present meticulously crafted special menus with carefully selected wine pairings for every course.
