Guests can begin with the Aegean Crab and Apple Salad, a refreshing combination of king crab, green apple, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, and calamansi vinaigrette. The Duck Vine Leaves offer a comforting winter expression, pairing confit duck leg with wild rice, raisins, lemon, and warm yoghurt sauce. As a centrepiece, the Roasted Baby Goat - inspired by festive gatherings in Crete - is served with roasted tomatoes, pine nuts, potatoes, and rich goat jus. To end on a traditional note, the classic Bougatsa features crisp filo layered with semolina custard infused with orange, vanilla, and cinnamon. On January 7th, OPA will honour Greek Christmas, a holiday deeply rooted in Orthodox tradition and celebrated with family-style feasts, music, and winter flavours.
