Armani/Ristorante invites guests on a sensory journey to the sun-drenched shores of Sardinia with a limited-time degustation menu inspired by the island’s rich culinary heritage. Crafted by a team of expert chefs, the six-course experience showcases bold, rustic flavours and premium ingredients that define Sardinian cuisine.


The gastronomic experience begins with Antipasto Sardo (roasted sheep ricotta served with guttiau Sardinian bread and honey) followed by Carciofo Spinoso (spiny artichoke under salt, Sardinian mullet roe, celery mayonnaise, and pecorino fondue). The next courses include Fregula Sarda (fregola pasta with clams, cardoncello mushrooms, and herbs) and Anguilla (grilled eel with fava beans and heirloom tomatoes). For the main course, guests can savour Agnello (slow-cooked lamb rack with spring baby onions and mirto lamb jus).


The journey concludes with Casadinas Tradizionale – a traditional Sardinian dessert, elevated through contemporary technique and presented with the elegance befitting Dubai’s Michelin-starred Italian destination.

This exquisite five-course culinary journey highlights refined flavours, theatrical presentation, and exceptional craftsmanship, offering a contemporary interpretation of an age-old tradition.


The experience begins with Grilled Edamame, followed by a curated selection of appetisers like, Hashi Chawanmushi, Japanese Mustard Greens Salad, Mozuku Ebi, and Crunchy Octopus Tempura. The highlight of the menu is the chef’s selection of ten premium sushi varieties, prepared live with intricacy and flair to impress even the most discerning palate. Guests are then served Hashi Miso Soup before concluding their dining journey on a sweet note with Mochi Ice Cream and Sliced Fresh Fruit.

This May, Armani/Deli unveils a special five-course Sicilian set menu, capturing the true seasonal flavours of the Mediterranean’s most charming island. Available for a limited time, this menu offers a culinary escape to Sicily right in the heart of Dubai. 


The dinner begins with an Amuse Bouche of Sarda Beccafico (sardine with citrus bread and yellow pepper sauce). For the Antipasto, guests can enjoy Polpo alla Griglia (grilled octopus served with saffron potato foam, tomatoes, olives, and capers). The Pasta course features Busiate alla Norma, (traditional homemade pasta with tomato sauce, eggplant chips, and dried ricotta).


For the Secondo Piatto, the kitchen presents Costolette di Agnello (lamb chops served with sautéed spinach, artichokes, and a rich lamb jus). The experience ends on a sweetest of notes with a classic Sicilian Cassata for the dessert course.
