  • What makes Uncut’s shared-plates Iftar in DIFC a standout Ramadan experience?

This Ramadan, as DIFC slows after sunset, Uncut presents an Iftar experience shaped around generosity, balance, and the simple pleasure of lingering at the table. Priced at AED 295 per person, the Suhoor menu is built around abundance, encouraging guests to dine communally and at their own pace - whether indoors or seated outside against the softly lit DIFC skyline.

The experience begins in the traditional spirit of Iftar, with dates, warming soup, and ayran served to the table, offering a comforting moment to break the fast.

Guests then move into a selection of starters, where they can choose between three dishes. Comfort-led plates such as lamb ribs, hummus with meat, labneh, and a classic butter selection sit alongside fresher flavours including burrata with raspberry and peach, beetroot and goat cheese salad, quinoa corn salad, and hummus edamame.

For mains, guests are invited to select two dishes from options including fragrant black cod with lemongrass sauce, wagyu steak served with accompanying sauces, barbecue chicken with green tomato sauce, and a rich, creamy truffle risotto. To complement their choices, guests may also choose two sides from a selection of fresh salad, broccolini, rice, and truffle potato pavé. Throughout the evening, water, fresh juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are included.

To end on a sweeter note, dessert arrives as a shared spread, bringing the evening to a gentle close. Served all at once, the selection invites everyone to try a little of everything. Moving between lighter and more indulgent flavours - from pistachio cheesecake and pavlova with raspberry and rose to lemon and olive oil cake, mango and passion fruit millefeuille, and dark chocolate tart .

Available throughout Ramadan, Uncut offers an Iftar experience built around shared plates, easy conversation, and open-air views over DIFC.
